4. Amendment to Article 2, 4 and 9 were promulgated by Order Tai-Nei-Hsiao-Tzu No. 1050821649, Ministry of the Interior, March 25, 2016. All Articles shall come into force from the date of promulgation, except Article 2, 4 and 9 that shall be performed on February 6, 2016.
